Shipping policy as of 5th Feb 2024

• All Australian orders are sent via AUSTRALIA POST

• All orders outside of Australia are sent via AUSTRALIA POST or FEDEX

• All orders are sent with a tracking number that will passed onto the customer

• Renegade Dog Lures aims to fulfil orders ASAP, but allow a 3-6 week period, longer if its advertised as a pre-order which is made clear on the website. 

• Pickup orders are available, please email info@renegade.dog to arrange a day and time in Bendigo VIC, Australia. 

• In the rare case that a package goes missing, Renegade Dog will start the claim process on your behalf, and once proven to be missing/lost/damaged, we will provide a replacement in the above time-frames. We cannot refund shipping.
